Rocco is a home raised puppy, he is the largest one left in the litter. His Parents both weight 70-75 lbs. You should do some research on ( akita-dog.com ) before purchasing this breed. They are good with pets and children if raised from a puppy with them.you don't bring another dog or child into there life after they are grown. They also need a fenced in yard. The Mother is AKC registered, the Father is not, the amish breeder we purchased him from said he is 100% akita, I have sent off a DNA test for him and should have the results in a week or two.
