Comment: We contacted Bretts Home Services early last week, and they were at our house in San Clemente promptly that Friday, including a heads-up text with an accurate ETA. Brett sent three gentlemen to clean all 50 windows in our house both inside and outside. Based on my previous experience with another company, I was hopeful, but not sure what to expect. Our house is 7,000 square feet and three levels on a steep slope overlooking the ocean. It has two large decks with tall glass railing.Well, I was beyond impressed with my experience with Bretts Home Services. They completely exceeded my expectations by an ocean-view mile, and I am very circumspect when it comes to vendors working on our house. I would highly, highly recommend them particularly for window cleaning (based on this, I trust they provide excellent service for all their other offerings as well). That didnt happen with Bretts Home Services team. Comment: We moved in last year and the previous owner didn’t get the windows cleaned so it was overdue.Getting an estimate was simple. I put an online request and Brett came out himself. It took less than 15 min and estimate was emailed to me.We have over 30 standard windows and 3 French doors and two stories. $375. I thought it was reasonable.The crew - Dax and Patrick arrived on time and they did great job. Very professional and clean.My house looks so much brighter now with the clean windows. Comment: We needed our windows washed and were looking for a new company since our previous window washer had done a poor job the last few times. I found Bretts Home Services on Yelp and gave them a call. They came out the very next day to give me a quote, which was actually right on point with all my other quotes. We booked an appointment for the following week. I received both an email and text reminder, the team arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early), and did an excellent job. We have a historic home with complicated windows, but they were able to access and clean each one easily and professionally. Comment: We’ve used Brett’s every year since 2011, and they always do a fantastic job cleaning our windows. They clean screens, both sides of windows and tracks. They are very careful working around furniture etc and are friendly and efficient. I highly recommended them!
