Comment: Very helpful staff. Years ago, their staff was top notch and then it went down a little (couple years ago) and now its fantastic again!! Prices and staff honestly beats Chewy!!

Comment: Wow- since Tom the manager left about two years ago, the service is lacking. Today I went in looking for a replacement dog collar and was going to buy about $500 worth of items. I was by myself. A large group pf six plus a dog decided to stand near me and ask the manager to assist them. It would have been nice for me to finish my task. Nope! The manager decided to take the space that I was using (no, excuse me, may I help you? Or, did you find what you were looking for? ) and allow the group to look over the merchandise as if I did not exist. I waited to see if or how much service he would give me. I waited five minutes. Nope, along with answering that large groups questions and answering the phone my place in line was nonexistent. It should be noted that he looked right at me and knew that I was waiting. Talk about devalued. I left with a disgusted look on my face.Whites only served - Asians not so much. Thats ok. I wont ever set foot in here again. Went to Pets Mart and found what I was looking for. Oh, and the service was there was spectacular.

Comment: If you have Rottweilers I do NOT recommend bring them to the doctor or staff! Dr. Pilago treated my dog so poorly due to her breed. I was just getting a check up and flea medicine for my dog and the doctor was so scared to even touch her! I paid for a physical and they didn’t even finish it due to them being so scared of her! And when I was upset that they were treating her this way the DOCTOR and ASSISTANT were arguing with me and my husband. I don’t recommend going if you have any large breeds.

Comment: I found Pets Plus by chance as I was traveling to visit family and stopped to pick up my Starbucks order. I had my dog with me and she insisted on taking a stroll through the pet store next to Starbucks. Everyone said hello as we walked in! The store was nice and clean, well organized and I ended up buying some poop bags and some unique treats for the pups we were on our way to visit. The clerk at the counter helped me with my payment and gave me information about Pet Pluss other locations in So. CAL.I would highly recommend Pets Plus!!

Comment: Walked in to this store impromptu after being at Starbucks, picked up a couple of dog toys went to the register and shame on me for not paying attention to the price... Bought a stuffed hedgehog dog toy, realized after getting home it was $21.99, you can find the same dog toy on amazon for $4.79 same day delivery! I feel taken, I like to support local retail as they are closing as fast as opening but not at this mark up. I will not be going back.
